First time here and I had Dr Sam. After being a patient at a different provider and having not great experience I feel like this has been a great change of pace. Sam definitely has the attitude of wanting to help and address issues before addressing anything else.

We felt like family, the whole experience from the time we walked in the door till the time we left was so comfortable detailed everything was explained on the entire process of making my teeth beautiful again I have been in so much pain and terrified of Dentist and this is the first time I look forward to coming back and having my wisdom teeth pulled along with braces we thank you so much. I hope everybody comes here and feels the same way we do.

I arrived at approximately 1:30 pm for my 2:00 pm appointment. Within five minutes of waiting, Jayla, the dental assistant for Dr. Posze, called me back promptly to begin my procedure. Jayla had everything well-prepared in advance. She thoroughly answered all my questions and, when necessary, sought out the appropriate professionals to address any concerns beyond her scope. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary. During the procedure, Dr. Posze was highly attentive, continuously ensuring my comfort and clearly explaining each step as it progressed. Both Dr. Posze and Jayla worked seamlessly as a team, resulting in a great experience at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry.

I would like to thank Dr. Asturia and his Dental assistant Clarissa for making my dental appointment one of the best I've had. I had been having excruciating tooth aches and was referred to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry for an exam. My original appointment was a week out. I called and explained the severity of my pain to the front desk. They were able to get me in the same day. That alone was my first good start with the Dentistry. Once I got to the office, my pain was unbearable. The front desk staff was very friendly and the office was very nicely kept. I was seen immediately. Dr. Asturia was the best! After a complete exam and viewing of my xray, he was able to find the Root cause of my pain. No pun intended. He and Clarissa worked together, and helped get my pain under control. I had strong positive energy from them. No one likes going to the dentist, but, if you must go, I strongly recommend going to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry.

Very thorough, great staff

I had an urgent dental issue when a surface filling on my canine tooth fell out and left a razor-sharp edge. I walked into this dentist’s office without an appointment and they saw me right away. They did an exam and x-ray to check things out and were even able to do an emergency filling on the spot. I was in and out in about an hour and a half, start to finish. The staff was friendly, efficient, and really understood the urgency of the problem. Best dental service I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone!
